Drying time will vary depending on fibre type, method of cleaning and the environment around the carpet. For example a low pile polypropylene carpet in a warm environment should be dry within 1-2 hours. However a deep pile wool carpet in a poorly heated room may take more then 4-6 hours. One of our technicians will discuss drying times with each individual customer.

No professional cleaning service should ever 'Guarantee' complete stain removal. At Lx Cleaning Services we do however guarantee distinct improvement. Knowing what caused the stain and exactly how long is has been there will all contribute towards the full removal of stain. Also remember to be honest with us regarding the cause and length of stain but more importantly if and what you have tried to clean it with yourself. 

We are happy to help our customers with the movement of small furniture items to aid the cleaning process, this should be discussed with our technicians prior to starting the job. As the customer you have to question the benefit of cleaning beneath certain items. For example, A heavy sideboard is not worth moving to clean below for a few reasons.... is the carpet going to be dirty? are you going to move the furniture in the near future to see underneath? More often then not the answer to these questions is 'No'  so larger items often stay in situ.

For exterior-only cleaning, you don’t need to be home as long as we have access. For interior cleaning, someone will need to be present.
